McCowin receives UI degree

Jarvis McCowin, a native of Columbia, received a MA-Educational Policy and Leadership Studies degree from the University of Iowa at the close of the spring 2015 semester.
About 5,100 students received UI degrees during spring 2015 commencement ceremonies.
