The object of this suit is to quiet title to real estate lying and being in Buckingham County, Virginia, and which is described as:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Curds District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 101 ½ acres, more or less, and being more particularly described on a plat of I.R. Gillispie, dated September 8, 1876, of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 39, page 397.

It appearing from an Affidavit filed in this cause that there are Respondents whose addresses are unknown and further that there may be parties who are unknown that may have an interest in said property;

On consideration whereof, it is ORDERED that all parties hereinabove named, including those designated as “’Parties Unknown”, appear on or before July 31, 2015, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
