CULLEN, February 26 — Louanna Suckins Dennis, 78, of Cullen died Sunday, February 22, 2015 at her residence. She was the wife of George Russell Dennis and the daughter of the late George and Sallie Lyle Suckins.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Carl Dennis of Boise, Idaho; a daughter, Artrianna Morris of Mechanicsville; nine grandchildren, Keishanna, Ashilee, Travion, Christopher, Christian, Maurice, Dajah, Angelia, and Anastacia; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Kent Dennis.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 27 at 11 a.m. at the Triumph Baptist Church in Darlington Heights with interment in the St. Andrews Baptist Church Cemetery in Cullen.
