FEBRUARY 24 — John Sterup Kristensen, 58, of Farmville, passed away at his home on Monday, February 16, 2015. He was born in New Jersey on November 22, 1956 to the late Borge and Herdis Hansen Kristensen.

Mr. Krisensen was a member of the Danish Brotherhood and moved to Virginia where he has lived for the past three years.

He is survived by his mother; two daughters, Megan Kristensen of New Jersey and Karen Kristensen of Indiana; two brothers, Paul S. Kristensen of Florida and Harry S. Kristensen (Kim) of Burkeville.

The family plans a memorial service at a later date.
