JANUARY 27 — Herman “Tommy” Farrar, 67, of Farmville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 15, 2015. He was born on June 6, 1947.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 48 years, Virginia; two sons, John and Daryl; two granddaughters; and a special companion, Zsa Zsa.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 17 in the Chapel of Shorter Funeral Home with burial in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
