The Honorable Chief Judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court Leslie M. Osborn (front, left) officially installed the Circuit’s newest judge, the Honorable Donald C. Blessing Tuesday afternoon. Prince Edward County’s Circuit Court was was packed with well wishers as Judge Blessing, an attorney serving the Farmville area for many years, put on the robe for the first time.
