Editor, The Herald:

Our town has been beautified by the talents and creativity of David Fowlkes. The entrance signs to Farmville have been surrounded with colorful flowers, a mixture of yellow, orange, purple and red. The variety of greenery and blooms has presented a picture of beauty. The railroad crossing at the High Bridge Trail on Main Street has been extremely creative.
