I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the sponsors and contributors to the retired educators banquet on Thursday, September 12.

It gave us an opportunity to meet and greet many of the co-workers we had not seen since they retired.

We, as educators, sometimes feel as if we are not respected or are under-appreciated; however, this was a very kind and memorable event.
