KEYSVILLE, September 24 — Lucie Spencer Allen Spraggins, 79, of Keysville, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Charlie P. Spencer and Bessie Boulden Spencer.

She is survived by a son, Roger L. Allen (Octavia); grandchildren, Darnell (Nicola), Karen-Leigh and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Ashlee and Kaitlyn; siblings, Daniel Spencer of Norwalk, CT, Joy Chong of Manhattan, NY, and Bessie Stacy (Nat) of Bronx, NY, and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, other relatives, and friends..

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 24 at Mt. Mitchell Baptist Church in Fort Mitchell, with interment in the Union Cemetery in Charlotte Court House.
