Prince Edward County High School junior Kyle Burns and sophomore Bryce Dietrich were named to the All-Region I Boys Soccer Second Team in recent voting conducted by the Region I Coaches.

Defenders Bobby Burke and Liam Burke, and goalie Andrew Stringfellow received Honorable Mention honors as First Team members from All-Southside voting.

Jacob Burke, of Chancellor, was named the Region's Player of the Year, while Brian Sorrell, from Lafayette, was named the Region I Coach of the Year.

Prince Edward County High School's Makayla Booker received All-Region I Softball Honorable Mention honors via her nomination to the All-Southside District's First Team in recent voting conducted by the Region I Coaches.

Sydney Gay of Smithfield, was named the Region I Pitcher of the Year, while Kayla St. John, of Tabb, was named the Player of the Year. King Geoge's Renee Parker was named the Coach of the Year.

Morris Gets HM In Region I Baseball

Prince Edward County High School's Tyler Morris received All-Region I Baseball Honorable Mention honors via his nomination to the All-Southside District's First Team in recent voting conducted by the Region I Coaches.

Michael Brumfield, of Warhill, was named the Player of the Year, while Warhill's Joe Henzel was named the Coach of the Year.
