In execution of a deed of trust, from ROBERT LEWIS STINSON dated October 20, 2003, in the original principal amount of $38,459.86, recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of the County of Buckingham, Virginia, in Deed Book 298, at page 485, (Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 406, at page 995), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia on the 9th day of July, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. that certain tract of real estate known as 1241 Scotts Bottom Rd., Dillwyn, Virginia 23936, situated in the County of Buckingham, Virginia:

All that certain lot or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in Curdsville Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing Five (5.00) acres, more or less, said lands fronting on Virginia Secondary Route #632 and being more particularly described as Lot 21 by a two-page plat of survey entitled “WHISPERING RIDGE SUBDIVISION”, prepared by Warren A. Trent, L.S., dated September 10, 1991, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County in Plat Cabinet A, as part of slide 50 (formerly Plat Book 3, at pages 41 & 42).
