Gillispie, S.B.C., found recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham, Virginia with Deed found in Deed Book 45 page 364. BEING the same property conveyed to H. Spencer Adams and Winifred B. Adams by Deed of Gift from Lillie R. Bryant, Winifred B. Adams and H.
