Prince Edward County High School designated hitter Tyler Morris was named to the Southside District's First Team Baseball team in recent voting conducted by the league's coaches.

Austin Wyatt, of Greensville, was named the Player of the Year, while Southampton's Wes Griffith was named the Coach of the Year.
