The object of the above-styled suit is to obtain a Final Decree of Divorce from the Defendant on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of time exceeding twelve (12) months.
It appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that the Defendant is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and that his last known address was 131 Tranquility Way #B, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920, it is therefore ORDERED that the said Defendant, Dennis LaBonte, appear before this Court on or before the 20th day of May, 2013, and do what is necessary to protect his interests in this suit.
