GOOCHLAND, April 2 – Dorothy Ann Barker, 78, of Goochland, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013.

She is survived by a brother, Henry Allen Barker and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel A. Barker Sr. and Bertha Clark Barker, brother, Sam Barker, two sisters, Iva Arrington and Margaret Prout, niece, Rose Mary Dilley, and nephew, Danny Barker.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 4 at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, with interment to follow in the Meherrin Methodist Church Cemetery, Meherrin.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
