West a distance of 100 ft. to an iron; thence running South 87 deg. 48 min. East a distance of 330.00 ft. to an iron; thence running South 30 deg. 00 min. West a distance of 100.00 ft. to an iron; thence running North 87 deg. 48 min. West a distance of 330.00 ft. to the point of beginning, And more fully described in the above Deed of Trust.
