DILLWYN, February 12 – Kenneth Burt Lowe, 86, of Dillwyn, died Saturday, February 9, 2013. He was a retired salesman for the Western and Southern Insurance Co. He was born March 11, 1926 in Squire, WV to the late Charles and Lottie Lowe. He was the widower of Wanda Lee Lowe and was also preceded in death by a sister, Bernice L. Kaid.

He is survived by two sisters, Nell L. Powers and Janet L. Chilcote, both of Dillwyn and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, at 2 p.m. at the Cedar Baptist Church, Dillwyn, with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 1 p.m.
