Editor, The Herald:

I would like to comment on the action of Speaker William Howell of the Virginia General Assembly.

I am not a member of the Speaker's party, but I congratulate him and the Governor for being men of integrity. Their refusal to go along with the “shifty” politics of Virginia Senate Republicans, on the redistricting bill gives me faith in The Old Dominion.
