BOOKER dated November 8, 2005, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM as Deed Book/Instrument Number 323 AT PAGE 493, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on February 11, 2013 at 1:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

'ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN SLATE RIVER MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 81, PAGE 181, ID# 18-20, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS 4 ACRES, METES AND BOUNDS PROPERTY.'

LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PARCEL OF PROPERTY DEEDED TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA AT DEED BOOK 305 PAGE 528 FOR ROAD WIDENING.
