In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $120,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 1.6700% from Laura A. Wilson dated March 31, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland as Deed Book/Instrument Number 20080543, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Cumberland, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on February 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM, the prop-erty with improvements to wit:

Lots No.4 and 5 in Branche's Farmlettes Subdivision, a plat of survey of said subdivision, made by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., dated April 8, 1971, being recorded on May 21, 1971, in Plat Book 3, at Page 10, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia.

Said parcels contain 0.59 acre respectively and front on State Route 45, and contain 1.18 acre in the aggregate.
