In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $89,047.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.5000% from Barbara Scruggs dated July 31, 2003, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham as Deed Book/Instrument Number 292 AT PAGE 236, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Buckingham, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on December 17, 2012 at 1:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL that certain lot or parcel of real estate, together with any improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in the Curdsville Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, fronting on U.S. Highway 60, which is shown and described as Lot B, containing 2.00 acres, more or less, on a plat of survey by W. E. Nash, L.S., and recorded in Deed Book 207, Page 131. The metes and bounds description contained on said plat of survey is incorporated in this instrument as if fully written out herein.

AND further described in the above Deed of Trust.
