Suspect Sought

BUCKINGHAM – Buckingham County Sheriff William G. Kidd, Jr., issued a press release Monday reporting that law enforcement authorities are currently looking for a man they identified as Diatiaion Lamont Langhorne.
The press release states that the sheriff's office “in conjunction with the Fluvanna County Sheriff's Office, Albemarle County Police Department, Virginia State Police and U.S Marshals Service are currently looking for” Langhorne related to what the release describes as “numerous outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants issued in multiple jurisdictions.”
Langhorne (AKA Boo, according to the press release) is described as a black male, age 35, six feet tall, weighing 235 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
The sheriff's press release states that Langhorne “is known to frequent the Arvonia and Scottsville area of Buckingham County but also has ties in Charlottesville, Albemarle and Fluvanna Counties.”
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Langhorne is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Buckingham County Sheriff's Office at 434-969-1772.
Callers may remain anonymous, the release states, and a reward of up to $500 is being offered for information leading to the suspect's arrest, the release concludes.
