RICHMOND, November 13 – James W. “Jim” Fowler, 64, of Richmond, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mabel D. Fowler and W. Lloyd Fowler, and a brother, Lloyd L. Fowler.

Mr. Fowler owned Rivah Flowers and Gifts and delighted many customers with his fabulous creations.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Marga I. Fowler; two nieces, Linda L. Hannen and husband, Mike, and Diana L. King and husband, Charles; nephew, Michael L. Fowler; great-niece, Jessica L. Fowler; his “angels,” Jennifer Garcia, Linda DeShazor and Lois Milone, who were by his side throughout his illness along with his niece, Linda, and sister-in-law, Marga.

A service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 17, in the Garth at Reveille United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
