RICHMOND, October 23 – Thomas F. Kelley, 86, of Richmond, departed this life Saturday, October 13, 2012. He was a retired jeweler from Schwartzchilds Jewelers. He served in the United States Navy during World War II.

Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife of 59 years, Margaret T Kelley. He was predeceased by a daughter, Dr. Debra S. Kelley and granddaughter, Emma K. Niederbrock.

He was deeply loved and will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 24, at 11 a.m. at Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church, Richmond.
