The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from SARAH BRUCE on the grounds that the Parties have lived separate and apart continuously and without cohabitation or interruption for a period in excess of one year.

An affidavit having been filed that SARAH BRUCE, defendant, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of CHRIS HARRY, plaintiff, to ascertain in what county or city the defendant is without effect;

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, this order of publication is granted and the Defendant, SARAH BRUCE is hereby ORDERED to appear before this Court, on the 5th day of December, 2012, at 9:30 am, and protect her interests.
