TRUSTEE SALE

In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $74,380.00 (with interest), from Tony R. Riddle, dated October 31, 2006 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia in Instrument No. 20062101; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder (SLM Mortgage Corporation-VA), of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia 23040, on September 25, 2012 at 1:00 o'clock p.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

All that certain parcel of land in Hamilton District of Cumberland County, Virginia CONTAINING 2.00 ACRES as shown and described as LOT 1 on a plat of survey made 12/6/96, by Robert L. Lum, CLS, a copy of which survey is attached to deed dated December 11, 1994 by and between Howard Riddle and Ammie Riddle, his wife, and Tony Russell Riddle, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland, Virginia in Deed Book 212, page 833,835.

This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants now of record and affecting sub-ject property.
