NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

In execution of a deed of trust July 28, 2000 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham, Virginia, in Deed Book 256, at Page 855 from Alan L. Hall and Pamela J. Hall, husband and wife, to Vivian R. Seay, Trustee, and upon duly recorded Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under the said deed of trust the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee, has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Buckingham County Courthouse, Virginia, on Friday, October 5, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.

All of those certain lots or parcels of real estate, lying and being in the James River District, Buckingham County, Virginia, being Lot 1, containing 2.05 acres. Lot # 2 containing 2.49 acres and Lot #3 3.06 acres and more particularly described in deed of trust dated July 28, 2000 and recorded in the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 256, at page 855, plat being recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 235, at page 783.

This conveyance is subject to all easements, restrictions, conditions, and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described. The beneficiary reserves the right to bid at said sale.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A bidder's deposit of ten percent (10%) will be required on the date of sale with settlement in full to be made within thirty (30) days from the date of said sale.
