It appearing that a report of the accounts of James B. Gates, Jr. and Branch Banking and Trust Company, Executors of the estate of Diane B. Gates, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of James B. Gates, Jr. and Branch Banking and Trust Company, Executors;

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate, do show cause, if any they can, on the 27th day of September, 2012, at 9:00 A.M. before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Diane B. Gates, to the distributes without requiring refunding bonds.
