COLONIAL HEIGHTS, August 21 – David Lee Hodges Sr., 78, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Colonial Heights Health Care. Mr. Hodges was a United States Navy veteran, a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, and a Retired Engineer with CSX Railroad.

He is survived by two sons, David Lee Hodges Jr. and wife, Cheryle and Eric Hodges; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Hodges.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 24, in Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice, with the Reverend Dr. Andy Brockelman officiating.
