That certain parcel containing 0.184 ac +/-, as shown on a plat dated October 30, 2006, and attached to and more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust.

The sale will take place on AUGUST 2, 2012, AT 1:00 P.M., at the front entrance to the Prince Edward County Courthouse Building, located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, VA.
