EARLY, JR. dated March 9, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD as Deed Book/Instrument Number 200600717, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on July 16, 2012 at 1:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

CONTAINING 3.56 ACRES, AND DESIGNATED AS LOT NO. 3, THE WHISPERING WOOD, UPON A PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN DEED BOOK 227, AT PAGE 472.
