The object of the above-styled suit is to forfeit to the Commonwealth of Virginia the above-stated personal property as being purchased with the proceeds from or used in substantial connection with the sale of controlled substances or marijuana pursuant to Section 18.2-249 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the whereabouts of HSBC Bank Nevada N.A., the above-named lienholder, is not known and that due diligence has been used to locate the said HSBC Bank Nevada N.A., it is therefore ORDERED that the said HSBC Bank Nevada N.A. do appear on or before the 7th day of August, 2012, in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect its interest.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince Edward.
