CONTAINING 3.00 ACRES AS SHOWN ON A SURVEY DATED OCTOBER 10, 1989, PREPARED BY WILLIAM W. DICKERSON, JR. L.S. COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED AT DEED BOOK 176 PAGE 10 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT CLERK'S OFFICE OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY.
