Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2006, in the original principal amount of $136,833.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Cumberland, Virginia as Instrument No. 20061039, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on May 9, 2012, at 2:15 p.m., in front of the building housing the Cumberland County Circuit Court, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, VA, the property located on the River Road, known and designated as Cumberland County Highway No. 600, Book 239 Page 732 containing 2 Acres, more or less, as shown on a plat of survey, dated the 3rd day of April, 2002, a copy of which is attached to and recorded with a deed recorded in the aforesaid land records as Instrument No. 20021606.
