In execution of a deed of trust dated May 10, 2011 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 389, at Page 830 from T. H. Landtrust, c/o Thomas Holzapple, Jr. to Karen Seay Blazer, Trustee, and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under the said deed of trust the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee, has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Buckingham County Circuit Courthouse, Virginia, on Thursday, May 3,2012, at 9:00 a.m.

All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situated in the Slate River District of Buckingham County, Virginia, fronting on State Route No. 678, Rock Island Road, containing 27.23 acres, said plat being made part of a deed recorded in Deed Book 389, at page 828.
