BABER AND MONICA MAYERS BABER A/K/A MONICA MAYERS dated April 27, 2004, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Book/Instrument Number 20040696, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on April 3, 2012 at 10:00 AM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THOSE CERTAIN LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND IN THE HAMILTON DISTRICT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 5.00 ACRES EACH, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 19 AND LOT 20 ON A PLAT OF FAIRVIEW FARMS, MADE BY ROBERT L. LUM, C.L.S., DATED OCTOBER 22, 1981, RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 91. REFERENCE IS MADE TO SAID SURVEY FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED HEREIN.
