The CAP was submitted to the Blue Ridge Regional Office of the DEQ on January 27, 2012. If you would like to review or discuss the proposed CAP with the staff of the DEQ, please feel free to contact Joey Daniel at (434) 582-6213 after the date of the CAP submittal. The DEQ Blue Ridge Regional Office will consider written comments regarding the proposed CAP for 30 days from the date of this public notice and may decide to hold a public meeting if there is significant public interest.
