The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is requiring the development of a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to address the cleanup of petroleum at the site. Should you have any questions regarding the cleanup, please contact:

The CAP was submitted to the Blue Ridge Regional Office of the DEQ on January 27, 2012. If you would like to review or discuss the proposed CAP with the staff of the DEQ, please feel free to contact Joey Daniel at (434) 582-6213 after the date of the CAP submittal. The DEQ Blue Ridge Regional Office will consider written comments regarding the proposed CAP for 30 days from the date of this public notice and may decide to hold a public meeting if there is significant public interest. Written comments should be submitted to the DEQ at the address listed below. The DEQ requests that all written comments reference the tracking number for this case: PC# 1995-3192
