Hamby dated August 23, 2005 and recorded in Deed Book 319 at page 586 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, which Noteholder is United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, Department of Agriculture, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Buck-ingham County Circuit Court, Buckingham, Virginia on November 22, 2011, at 2:45 p.m., the following property:
