In execution of a Deed of Trust in the name of Russell Hamby and Kristen L. Hamby dated August 23, 2005 and recorded in Deed Book 319 at page 586 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, which Noteholder is United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, Department of Agriculture, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Buck-ingham County Circuit Court, Buckingham, Virginia on November 22, 2011, at 2:45 p.m., the following property:

All that certain lot or parcel of land, Curdsville Magisterial District, Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 5.00 acres, fronting on State Route No. 632 and being known and designated as Lot 5 of Whispering Ridge Subdivision.

In addition, sale shall be made subject to all existing easements and restrictive covenants as the same may lawfully affect the real estate. Property to be sold “AS IS” WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Property shall be conveyed to the purchaser by special warranty deed.
