Editor, The Herald:

Cliff White has asked for my vote for Cumberland District 2 Supervisor in the upcoming November election. I have worked closely with Cliff in community endeavors and know first hand that Cliff represents honesty, foresight and integrity. Because he grew up in the County, went to Cumberland schools, and sent his children to our schools, he knows us and he understands our rural community needs.

He dedicates many hours to our community, with service as the Treasurer of the Cumberland County Public Schools Foundation, Inc., chairman of the Cumberland Wireless Authority and of the Museum Board, as well as an officer in our local Masonic Lodge. He owns a business in our county and hires local folks. He is a partner with a group of local citizens trying to bring a much-needed retail center to our community.

The County will be well served with Cliff representing District 2, as we will have a less divisive, more unified Board when making decisions that impact the County. We need Cliff White back on the Cumberland Board of Supervisors from District 2.
