The United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency (FSA) announces the availability of a Draft Class II Environmental Assessment (EA) of the subject proposal. The primary objective is to enable a poultry farm owner / operator to construct four poultry houses in the general vicinity of intersection of Route 15 and Route 610, New Canton, VA.

FSA is accepting comments regarding this draft EA for fifteen (15) days from this publication date. The draft EA can be reviewed in person at the Virginia State FSA Office, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Comments should be submitted to J.
