Richardson, dated May 27, 2009, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Appomattox County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 200901134, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at public auction

ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT or parcel of land with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Clover Hill Magisterial District, Appomattox County, Virginia, fronting on the North side of U. S. Route 460, containing 4.00 acres, more or less, according to a survey dated November 1, 1963, made by Carroll Gillispie, C.L.S., which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Appomattox County, Virginia. in Deed Book 81, at page 117, which plat shows the metes and bounds description thereon, which metes and bounds description is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set-out.

IT BEING IDENTICAL to that property conveyed to David H. Richardson by Deeds recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Appomattox County, Virginia, recorded as Instrument No. 200702192 and No. 200901133.
