ROSE dated January 29, 2009, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM as Deed Book/Instrument #367 AT PAGE 536, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on August 15, 2011 at 1:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

CONTAINING 1.18 ACRES, MORE OR LESS AND KNOWN AS LOT #5, SLATE RIVER MILLS SUBDIVISION, AND SHOWN ON THE SUBDIVISION PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED DECEMBER 27, 1976, IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 35.
