Lot 23, Sharps Creek Subdivision, containing 4.21 acres, more or less, as the same is duly dedicated platted, and recorded, in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 79, among the land records for Buckingham County, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property”)
The sale will take place on August 8, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the main entrance, to the building housing the Circuit Court for Buckingham County, Virginia.
