Editor, The Herald:

I would like to thank Centra Southside Community Hospital for their care and concern during my husband's (Franklin M. Spencer) illness.

I especially would like to thank the staff and nurses on the third floor on all shifts for their professional care, their love and concern. Also the respiratory and x-ray departments; they all gave 100 percent.

Thanks to Dr. Donkor for the provided care and attention he gave to my husband for many years…even his last few days of life.
