ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as fol-lows:

All that parcel of land in Hampden District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, being Parcel A-2, 14.36 acres, more or less, and Parcel B, 1.05 acres, more or less and designated as parcel no. 113-A-28A.

standing in the names of George Eggleston, Louise Eggleston, York Eggleston, Ruth Eggleston Kelly, also known as Ruth Eggleston, Willie Eggleston, Jr., Gregory Eggleston, Joseph Eggleston and Robert Eggleston, pursuant to Section 58.13967 of the Code of Virginia.

And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to determine whether George Eggleston is living, or if deceased, to ascertain the names and location of all of his heirs, devisees and successors in title; that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit, whose names and last post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of George Eggleston; that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Louise Eggleston, York Eggleston, Ruth Eggleston Kelly, also known as Ruth Eggleston, Willie Eg-gleston, Jr., Gregory Eggleston, Joseph Eggleston and Robert Eggleston, whose last post office addresses are unknown; and that Denise Grandison is a nonresident of the state of Virginia, whose last known post office address is 4221 Colbourne Road, Bal-timore, MD 21229.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Farmville Herald and that the par-ties named herein appear on or before June 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
