Gaines), dated October 19, 2007 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Cumberland, Virginia in Instrument No. 20071854; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder (SLM Mortgage Corporation-VA), of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia 23040, on May 3, 2011 at 12:30 o'clock p.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL of land, together with improvements located thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in Madison Magisterial District, Cumberland County, Virginia, containing one and one-half (1-1/2) acres, more or less, fronting on Route 632, and adjacent to the Grace Church property in Ca Ira, and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on margin of Route 632, corner with this lot and the Grace Church lot, thence easterly along said Route 632, 150 feet to a stake, thence northerly 380 feet to a stake; thence westerly 160 feet to a stake on line of Grace Church lot, thence southerly along an old fence and the Grace Church lot 300 feet to the beginning.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants now of record and affecting subject property.
