TRUSTEE'S SALE OF

In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $137,075.00, with an annual interest rate of 5.9900% from ROLAND F. GILLIAM dated June 12, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Book/Instrument #20071216, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on April 11, 2011 at 2:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THOSE CERTAIN TWO PARCELS OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE RANDOLPH DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA, BOUNDED BY THE LAND OF GATES, THE GUINEA ROAD AND LANDS NOW OR FORMERLY OWNED BY MATTIE LIPSCOMB, TRACT A AND BEING THE SAME LAND CONVEYED BY DEED OF RECORD IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA IN DEED BOOK 76, AT PAGE 305 AND TRACT B AND BEING THE SAME LAND CONVEYED JOHN GILLIAM BY A DEED OF RECORD IN THE AFORESAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 76 AT PAGE 304.

AND further described in the above Deed of Trust. (Tax Map No. 097-A-119)
