Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated October 22, 2007, in the original principal amount of $160,319.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court for Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200702968, as modified, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, lying and being in Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 1.09 acres, more or less, fronting 331.57 feet on the Northeast side of Virginia secondary Highway Number 657, situate in Prospect District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, as the same is duly dedicated platted and recorded, in Deed Book 191 at page 295, among the land records for Prince Edward County, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property”)
Less and Except the strip of land conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia in Deed as Instrument Number 200403218.
The sale will take place on April 8, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the main entrance, to the building housing the Circuit Court for Prince Edward County, Virginia.
Terms: A deposit in the form of certified funds in the amount of $15,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale. Closing within fifteen (15) days of sale. Time is of the essence. Additional terms will be announced at sale. Purchaser to pay all closing costs. Sale subject to seller confirmation.
