Parcel A, containing 2.541 acres, more or less, as the same is duly dedicated platted and recorded in Deed Book 213 at page 325, among the land records for Cumberland County, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property”)

The sale will take place on March 18, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at the main entrance, to the building housing the Circuit Court for Cumberland County, Virginia.

Terms: A deposit in the form of certified funds in the amount of $10,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale.
