It appearing that a report of the accounts of Joyce B. Pitts and Edna J. Schlonat, Administrators of the Estate of E.J. Batts, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Joyce B. Pitts and Edna J. Schlonat, Administrators, IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 10th day of February, 2011 before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of E.J. Batts, deceased, to the distributes with or without refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.
